Judi Vigna
To solve complex problems, Judi Vigna combines big picture thinking with a focus on systems. As CEO of Specialized Career Guidance LLC, she takes a holistic approach to creating systems that bridge the gulf between leading industries seeking to hire motivated talent, and the abundance of capable young people seeking pathways to successful careers. Guided by a passion for increasing economic opportunity for young people, Judi is laser focused on creating the organizational systems and infrastructure needed to establish, implement, and grow, sustainable workforce development pipelines. As a workforce development expert, Judi works with employers, school districts, unions, and associations to create sustainable and scalable career pathways.

Adept at building strong coalitions, Judi travels extensively throughout the region, developing partnerships with stakeholders that align with the State’s priority sectors. Judi is certified in Career Pathway Development and trained in Diversity, Inclusion and Equity practices. She is a board member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and sits on several Industry Advisory Committees related to the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Judi is a graduate of UMass Amherst, where she recently spoke at The Women of Isenberg Conference. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to bring stakeholders together to make profound impact for both the individual and the entire ecosystem that drives workforce development.

Certifications & Awards

Annemarie Goode
Learning and Developmental Specialist
Annemarie has broad experience as a learning and developmental specialist, with expertise in socio-emotional learning. She works with Judi to create the content for SCG programs, workshops, and online courses. Her background includes academic advising and program development. Prior to joining SCG, Annemarie worked at Quincy College, serving as the point of contact for students and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and emotional issues impacting student success. She helped students navigate the career development process to gain the self-knowledge and career exploration to inform their next steps. Annemarie holds degrees from Wheelock College and Boston University. She has a particular interest in socio-emotional learning issues and has served on the steering committee of the Social Emotional Learning Alliance For Massachusetts.
Luke Vigna
Director, Corporate Systems and Infrastructure
Luke creates and manages SCG’s technical infrastructure. He performs all aspects of Technical Support related to day-to-day operations, and leads the ongoing development of best practices for quality assurance management. Proactive and resourceful, Luke improves efficiencies in a fast-paced operation while meeting project timelines and deliverables. Luke holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
