Few mediums are as effective at reaching an audience like a workshop or customized program. We condense a sea of information into digestible content and deliver it in an engaging and enjoyable format.
Our focus is to reach students early and enrich them with well-rounded knowledge about vocational career and college pathways. We do this by creating school workshops, seminars, and panel discussions. These showcase career and college pathways for the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
With our boots-on-the-ground approach, we dissolve stereotypes, share facts, and advise on post-secondary directions. Then, we connect guidance counselors, teachers, parents and curious youth with appropriate resources, bridge interest with opportunity, and tie it all up for them.
Below is an exploratory program we created and facilitated at Plymouth Public Schools. The YouthWorks Program funded this project through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. It was administered by the Commonwealth Corporation and MassHire South Shore Workforce Board.

Underground Apprentice, EPUT Alum, Eversource Energy
It was especially a pleasure to present to such an engaged group of individuals yesterday! The associates of the YouthWorks Summer Construction Exploratory Program really impressed me with their readiness for our presentation as well as the questions they had for us throughout the presentation and after! Everyone was taking notes on our presentation and particularly the most important parts about taking the next steps toward applying to the EPUT program! The open binders in front of everyone with the colorful ‘skill’ flashcards laid out next to them on the table really let me know that these individuals looking to be the best version of themselves really meant business! I wish all the best to the YouthWorks Summer Construction Exploratory Program and especially to Judi Vigna and her team for coordinating everything! I wish there were 100 more programs like this in the state!
